Trip to Seattle & Vancouver

Natan and I were in Seattle (for a friend's wedding) and in Vancouver (for an extra vacation) a few weeks ago. The weather was perfect (a nice break from the hot/humid Chicago weather) and we had a great trip. We loved both cities!

The wedding was outside of the Seattle Aquarium.


The aquarium is famous for having an enormous octopus.


During the reception, we wandered all over the aquarium (which was extra cool because the aquarium was closed to the public for the wedding).

My college roommate, Ashley, lives in Seattle now. She took us all over the city.

It was pretty cloudy, so we never got a great view of the mountains.

Natan's birthday was last weekend.
We had some friends over for a cookout and I made him a strawberry shortcake.
